We offer mental health assessments, therapy, coaching, and medication management for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. We also provide mental health education and community initiatives. If needed, brief therapy and appropriate referrals to higher levels of care will be made.

3. Who can receive services from Studio Health?
Our services are designed for adolescents and young adults. However, if you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit, reach out for a consultation.

4. Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we are a self-pay practice. However, we can provide superbills for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider. Check with your insurer to determine eligibility.

5. What are your rates?

6. How do virtual sessions work?
Sessions are conducted via a secure telehealth platform. After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a link to access your session from the comfort of your home.

Your first session is an initial assessment where we discuss your concerns, medical and mental health history, and goals for care. This helps us tailor a treatment plan to your needs.

8. Do you prescribe medication?
Yes, as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, we can prescribe and manage medications when appropriate. Medication decisions are made collaboratively with each client. Please read our Medication Rx Policy

9. Can I switch from another provider to Studio Health?
Yes! If you’re currently receiving care elsewhere and would like to transition to Studio Health, we can help guide you through the process.

10. Do you offer emergency or crisis services?
No, we do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

12. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
